Returns & Exchanges

At Disney Art On Main Street, we want you to be completely enchanted by your fine art purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your eligible artwork within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Contact Guest Services

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage the art in its original professional packaging and shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable, insured carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gallery receives and inspects the item for pristine condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
